Requesting Transcripts and Student Records

If you are a former student needing your transcripts, please reach out to RAugust@schools.nyc.gov. Please include a copy of a government issued photo ID.

For all other requests related to student records, please contact our Pupil Personnel Secretary at MCandela17@schools.nyc.gov. Please be sure to include a fully executed records release form.
